Camping Season is Over....

The lake with fall colors!  Beautiful on a sunny day!

FALL is GORGEOUS here!
The colors were peak this weekend.  Hopefully they last another week, as we are bringing up Becky next Sunday to have a look around.  We drove through the county forest and enjoyed the scenic beauty.

Well, we brought the Scamp home for the winter today.
Hard to believe it was on the lot for 5 months already.
First summer ever not camping in a state park :)
Who needs that anymore when we have the best site.

Looks so bare with the camper gone.  But it is fun to see the colors without an obsrtucted view too :)

Craig and Josh did a morning fishing father/son bonding time.  Look what they caught!  Fish are not biting like earlier in the year.  But there are still a few out there hungry!

Craig's long time BFF "Jack" stopped by with his wife, Andrea, just before we were going to pull out of the lot with the camper.  Fun to see old friends.  We will be just 9 miles away from them when we move there, so we are already planning for some fun adventures together as couples.

Bittersweet, isn't it, to pack up for the season. I'm sure you'll be north through the winter to check on your spot.

And, by next year, new construction adventures.
