Goodbye Winter!

 We spent a 3 day weekend at a cabin near our land.

We saw friends and family while there and enjoyed ourselves with the local cuisine.

Yummy!

 We were able to go check on the shed being built at a nearby high school.

We are quite impressed with their work.

 Even though it has been a long, long winter...
Fresh wet snow!  Such a beautiful sight!

         We were able to get almost all the wood cut from the downed trees and stacked the brush.

Hopefully, next weekend we can burn all the brush.

With temps in the 50-60's this week most of the remaining snow should be well on its way.  We need to get a spot cleared for the shed to be delivered the first week of May.  After that, it is time to bring up the camper for another season.  Next year at this time we will hopefully be getting ready for the foundation of the house.  We are working with a Wausau Home builder in the area to determine if this is the way to go.  So far, we like the plan.  It will be a busy year getting ready to sell our home and begin another.
